Your journey to marital bliss begins with a visit to DareNC.gov/Marriage where you can learn about everything required to obtain a marriage license in Dare County, then complete your marriage license application via the online “marriage kiosk.”
The final step is completing your marriage license at the Register of Deeds office in Manteo on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. The fee for the marriage license is $60.
