Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 28, 2024

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Southern Shores Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 28, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trl. The purpose of the hearing is for the Commission to consider LDA-24-01, a Landmark Designation Application submitted by the Town of Southern Shores to designate 13 Skyline Rd. as a Historic Landmark. The Commission will also consider the written decision for COA-24-01, a Certificate of Appropriateness for 116 Ocean Blvd. previously approved by the Commission. The application and materials are available for public inspection at www.southernshores-nc.gov or during regular office hours at Town Hall located at 5375 N.
