Resolution Approving Conveyance of Personal Property to A Nonprofit Organization N.C.G.S.§160A-280
The Town of Southern Shores, North Carolina is providing public notice to declare a surplus vehicle and authorizing such donation to the College of the Albemarle (BLET). N.C.G.S.§160A-280 allows the Town of Southern Shores to donate to another governmental unit within the United States, or a nonprofit organization incorporated after advertising and Board approval.
The Town of Southern Shores owns the following vehicle:
- 2014 Chevy Tahoe, Vin Identification 43209
The Town of Southern Shores has determined that the personal property described above is surplus, obsolete, or unused. The Town of Southern Shores Council, at their September 3, 2024 Board meeting, will consider a Resolution Approving Conveyance of Personal Property to A Nonprofit Organization, Pursuant to N.C.G.S.§160A-280.
